Fire breathing serpents coiling along
steel rails under the dry, desert moon
as silhouettes of black giants snore
along the ultramarine horizon
inhaling and exhaling clouds
of dry, leathery bats with parched veins
and scales like rusty cheese graters.
Volcanoes of  infernal orgasms,
alternating seesaws of all kinds of hats
shooting up and floating down
under the oscillating pressures of
viscous, sticky Precambrian fluids.
Giant footprints filled with bourbon
